IV. DISCUSSION BY COUNCIL, VOTE, OR OTHER ACTION ON DISCUSSION WITH ERIC ARMY, PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT OF SIGNALWORKS VIA ZOOM REGARDING ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR THE RENOVATION OF THE NORTH SMITHFIELD POLICE STATION 

V. DISCUSSION BY COUNCIL, VOTE, OR OTHER ACTION ON RETAINING THE ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES OF SIGNALWORKS ARCHITECTURE FOR THE RENOVATION OF THE NORTH SMITHFIELD POLICE STATION AND APPROVING THE LETTER AGREEMENT DATED 6/12/2024 WITH SIGNALWORKS ARCHITECTURE FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES IN THE AMOUNT OF $40,950.00 WITH ADD-ALTERNATIVES IN THE AMOUNT OF $7,600.00 AND AUTHORIZE THE TOWN ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE THE LETTER AGREEMENT AND PAY THE RETAINER AMOUNT OF $5,500.00 TO SIGNALWORKS TO BEGIN WORK (a/k/a Option 2)
