 On Tuesday evening North Smithfield Police officers Sergeant Eric Rondeau, Patrolman Ben Freeman and Patrolman Robert Frye arrested Joseph Revell, age 25, of 137 Wachusett Street, Franklin, MA at the Hilltop Motel. Revell was wanted by the Franklin Police Department on an armed robbery charge.   Revell was arraigned this morning in 3rd District Court, Kent County and charged as a fugitive from justice.  Revell also has an outstanding warrant issued by the Providence Police Department for felony assault.     He did not waive extradition and is being held without bail pending a hearing on July 11th in 3rd District Court.
