RITBA E-ZPASS OFFICE CLOSED

September 2, office closed for scheduled system maintenance

JAMESTOWN, R.I. – The E-ZPass office will be closed Saturday, September 2, 2017 as the The Rhode Island Turnpike and Bridge Authority (RITBA) performs scheduled computer system maintenance and IT upgrades.

At that time, E-ZPass customers will not have access to their accounts, and no new accounts will be opened. No E-ZPass transponder purchases can be made online or by telephone on that day. In addition to September 2, the E-ZPass and RITBA Administration offices will be closed on Monday, September 4, 2017 for Labor Day. The office will reopen on Tuesday, September 5.

The E-ZPass office hours at East Shore Road in Jamestown are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
