On May 15, 2024, the Providence County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Anthony Bynum with one count of second-degree robbery.

The alleged act occurred in the City of Pawtucket on December 7, 2023. The Pawtucket Police Department conducted the investigation.

 

The defendant is scheduled to be arraigned on June 5, 2024, in Providence County Superior Court.

 

Felix Meletez Guarcas (ag 48)

On May 15, 2024, the Providence County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Felix Meletez Guarcas with one count of first-degree child molestation, and five counts of second-degree child molestation.

 

The alleged acts occurred in the City of Pawtucket on diverse dates between August 31, 2013, and August 30, 2020. The Providence Police Department conducted the investigation.

 

The defendant is scheduled to be arraigned on June 5, 2024, in Providence County Superior Court.

 

Charles Stinson (age 21)

On May 15, 2024, the Providence County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Charles Stinson with one count of burglary, one count of driving a motor vehicle without consent, one count of larceny over $1,500, one count of breaking and entering, one count of larceny under $1,500, one count of possession of a stolen vehicle, one count of eluding police, and two count of obstructing a police officer.

 

The alleged act occurred in the City of Providence on or about May 24, 2023. The Providence Police Department and Rhode Island State Police conducted the investigation.

 

The defendant is scheduled to be arraigned on June 5, 2024, in Providence County Superior Court.
