President Trump is lashing out at House Speaker Nancy Pelosi after she accused him of a cover-up. Trump tweeted today the situation with Democrats is "so sad." The President again slammed the Russia investigation after walking out of a White House meeting on infrastructure with top congressional Democrats.       New York Governor Andrew Cuomo is expected to sign a bill that would give Congress access to President Trump's state tax return. Democrats in the New York State Assembly approved the measure to authorize the state's Department of Taxation and Finance to share the information with Congressional committees, as long as there's a legitimate legislative purpose.        Prosecutors in Manhattan are filing new charges against attorney Michael Avenatti. The high-profile lawyer is accused of stealing money tied to a book advance from his former client and adult film star Stormy Daniels. Avenatti was separately indicted today on extortion charges, for his alleged attempt to extract more than 20-million-dollars from Nike.        An American Airlines pilot is pleading not guilty to murder charges in Kentucky. Christian Martin appeared in a Hopkinsville courtroom for his arraignment today, shackled and wearing an orange jail jumpsuit. He's accused of killing three neighbors in Christian County in 2015.        A new survey shows half of all Americans admit using swimming pools as communal bathtubs. The survey by the Water Quality & Health Council is out just ahead of Memorial Day weekend -- the unofficial start of summer. Some 48-percent say they use the pool as a substitute for showering even after exercise or yard work.        Anthony Weiner is officially registered as a sex offender. The disgraced former Democratic New York Congressman is serving three years of supervised release after completing 15 months behind bars for sexting with a 15-year-old girl. The 54-year-old Weiner will have to register as a level one sex offender for the next 20 years.
