Nathaniel Horn (age 33)

On December 18, 2020, the Providence County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Nathaniel Horn with three counts first-degree child molestation and one count of assault with intent to commit child molestation

 

The alleged acts occurred in the city of Woonsocket on diverse dates between March 2014 and December 2014. The Woonsocket Police Department conducted the investigation.

 

The defendant is scheduled to be arraigned on January 6, 2021 in Providence County Superior Court.

 

 

Jonathan Santos Perez (age 26)

Providence, RI

On December 18, 2020, the Providence County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Jonathan Santos Perez with one count of possession of a firearm by a person prohibited, one count of possession of a firearm without a license and one count of resisting arrest.

 

The alleged acts occurred in the town of Lincoln sometime on July 5, 2020. The Rhode Island State Police conducted the investigation.

 

The defendant is scheduled to be arraigned on December 23, 2020 in Providence County Superior Court.

The Pentagon is pulling twelve National Guard members from working the Presidential Inauguration tomorrow. The FBI found evidence of "inappropriate" comments and said there is a zero tolerance policy. Army General Dan Hokanson said extremism is not tolerated in any branch of the military       President Trump believes he made America great again during his time in the White House. The group, which was led by Senators Tammy Baldwin and Chris Murphy, believes it would be in America's best interest considering "continued supply chain issues."        Missouri Senator Josh Hawley is putting a hold on the confirmation of Alejandro Mayorkas to be the next Homeland Security Secretary. The Republican took exception to plans by the incoming Biden administration to reform immigration policies. The hold means President-elect Joe Biden will not be able to put his national security team in place as quickly as he had hoped.        The third-biggest U.S. lottery jackpot is on the line tonight. The jackpot for tonight's Mega Millions drawing is an estimated 850-million dollars. The estimated cash prize is something over 628-million dollars, for the winner who doesn't want to wait 30 years to collect the whole 850-million bucks.       A rapidly-growing population of Hippos in Columbia is causing damage to the local ecosystem. The hippos are not native to the country and were brought there by kingpin Pablo Escobar in the 1980s. Despite attempts to sterilize the animals, the hippos have gained approval from locals who consider them a possible tourist attraction.
