Anti-ICE protests are set to take place in cities across the country. It comes after an overnight curfew was put in place in a one-square-mile area of downtown Los Angeles, where authorities say most of the violence and vandalism has taken place since the protests began last Friday. Yesterday, President Trump called the protests, "violent," and he thanked the National Guard and Marines who are being deployed to the city.        The White House says the anti-ICE protests in Los Angeles are aimed at American culture and society. Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said California is being led by Democrat radicals. She accused LA Mayor Karen Bass of engaging in a "campaign of lies" -- blaming President Trump and law enforcement officers for the violence.        Elon Musk says some of the posts he made last week about Donald Trump "went too far." The SpaceX billionaire got in a war of words with the President on social media last week, which started with his opposition to Trump's massive spending bill and culminated with him claiming that Trump was mentioned in the Epstein files. Musk later deleted the post.        A federal judge is ruling detained Columbia University student Mahmoud Khalil can't be deported or detained by the Trump administration. Khalil was detained in March by immigration agents and is being held at a facility in rural Louisiana. The Trump administration claims Khalil is an anti-Semitic, pro-Hamas terrorist who should be deported.        The prosecution could soon rest its case in the Sean "Diddy" Combs sex crimes trial in New York. Court has wrapped for the day, with the lead prosecutor saying her team will rest their case no later than next Friday. On Wednesday prosecutors questioned the integrity of a juror in the case, claiming he showed a "lack of candor" with the court when he said his pre-existing knowledge of the case would not stop him from being fair.        Harvey Weinstein is being found guilty on some counts in his sex crimes retrial in New York City. The former Hollywood producer was found guilty of engaging in a criminal sex act with one woman while being acquitted on another count involving a different woman. A verdict was not reached on whether Weinstein raped a third woman.
