A federal judge is set to decide today whether to unseal the affidavit used to carry out a search warrant on former President Trump's south Florida home. Since the raid of his estate last week, Trump has called for the documents' immediate release. Numerous media outlets also want the affidavit to be revealed.       The Department of Justice has reportedly issued a grand jury subpoena to the National Archives for all materials surrounding Donald Trump's alleged involvement in last year's Capitol riot. The New York Times says the subpoena issued in May calls for "all materials in whatever form" that the Archives gave to the House January 6th committee. That would include Trump's daily schedule, phone logs and a draft speech written before the riot.        Gas prices are down as the weekend approaches. Triple A reports the national average price for a gallon of regular dipped one cent to three-93. The national average has fallen six cents since this time last week.       There are growing concerns about a spike in monkeypox cases now that college kids are back at school. Dr. Rebecca Fischer with Texas A&M says monkeypox is spread through prolonged skin-to-skin contact and a lot of that happens when kids go off to college. The World Health Organization says cases jumped 20-percent in the last week, with the vast majority coming from sexual contact.       The suspect in the killings of at least two Muslim men in New Mexico will remain in jail pending trial. A judge ruled Wednesday that releasing Muhammad Syed would pose a risk to the public. Syed is charged with murder in the July and August killings of two Muslim men and is the primary suspect in two other murders.        HBO Max is planning to get rid of 36 titles including 20 originals from its platform. Variety reports the content could be wiped from the streamer as soon as this week. This comes due to the merging of HBO Max and Discovery-plus.
