President Trump is stacking up his legal team ahead of the Senate impeachment trial. Trump has added Kenneth Starr, Alan Dershowitz and Robert Ray to a team that will be headed by White House counsel Pat Cipollone [[ sip-uhl-OWN-ee ]]. Starr led the investigation of former President Bill Clinton, who was impeached by the House and acquitted by the Senate.    The shooting at a Florida naval air station is leading to some changes within the Defense Department. The Pentagon announced new restrictions on international military students, including banning them from possessing a firearm. The FAA investigation is expected to take several weeks.    A Pennsylvania judge is cutting the amount Johnson and Johnson must pay to a man who sued because his son developed breasts. The original judgment against the company was for eight-billion-dollars in punitive damages. The court reduced that to six-point-eight-million-dollars.    The fight to keep a Texas baby on life support is getting an assist from the highest offices in the state.
