President Trump is sending a warning letter to Turkey's president. Trump tells the country's leader not to be "tough guy" as Turkey moves into northern Syria. Turkey's military moved into the area not long after Trump announced that U.S. forces would be pulled from the region.    Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell thinks House Democrats aren't being fair in the impeachment investigation against President Trump. The Kentucky Republican accused the other side of the aisle of denying the administration due process. McConnell says the Democrats have been trying to get Trump out of office for three years.    Wall Street is down today due to less-than-stellar retail numbers in September. The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed down 22 points at 27-002. The S&P 500 fell five points to finish at 29-90 and the Nasdaq dropped 24 points to close at 81-24.    Mortgage refinances continue to go up. Applications to refinance existing mortgages spiked four percent last week, based on numbers from the Mortgage Bankers Association. Refinance applications are almost 200-percent higher than a year ago.    A woman from northern California is getting jail time in the college admissions scam. Marjorie Klapper received three weeks behind bars after admitting to forking over money to fix her son's college entrance exams. She was also hit with a fine and 250 hours of community service.    Sorry baseball fans, there's going to be no playoff action tonight. Game Four of the American League Championship Series between the Astros and Yankees has been postponed because of inclement weather. The game has been moved to Thursday.
