Harvey Weinstein's attorney says the Hollywood producer will plead not guilty to sex crime charges involving two women. Defense attorney Ben Brafman says he's seeking to dismiss charges and believes his client will be exonerated. After surrendering to four counts of sex crimes including rape at a Manhattan precinct this morning, Weinstein posted one-million-dollars cash bail at his arraignment.        A teacher and a student are hurt after a shooting at a school in Indiana. Police say that the situation is contained at Noblesville West Middle School, located just northeast of Indianapolis, and the shooter is in custody. The shooter is a male student. The shooting comes a week after 10 people were killed at a school in Santa Fe, Texas.        President Trump is telling Naval Academy graduates that the U.S. is respected again around the world. Trump addressed the U.S. Naval Academy commencement ceremony today. He called the U.S. military the most powerful and righteous force in the world.        Marine Corps helicopters are on standby incase residents near the Kilauea [[ KILL-uh-WAY-uh ]] volcano need to be evacuated. Authorities are concerned they'll need to evacuate people by air if molten rock or huge cracks in the ground block the last escape route out of the Pahala area. A third flow of lava from the erupting Kilauea volcano started streaming into the ocean yesterday.        Residents in Ireland are voting today to legalize abortion. Voters taking part in the historic referendum will decide whether to repeal the eighth amendment to Ireland's constitution, which restricts abortion unless the mother's life is in danger. If repeal wins, new abortion laws will be discussed in Ireland's parliament.        Millennials are traveling to big cities for Memorial Day. Travel expert Jeanenne [[ juh-NEEN ]] Tornatore says the busiest destinations will be Chicago, Las Vegas, Atlanta, Los Angeles and Orlando.
