President Trump is making a play for New York. He told supporters in Pittsburgh tonight he's trying to win the historically Democratic state. He said crime has gone up in New York City and called out the mayor for slashing police jobs.        President Trump is blaming China for the U.S. losing more than 200-thousand lives to coronavirus. He called it a shame but touted his response, saying the number could be over two-million. This comes hours after he again downplayed the threat to young people.        The government is one critical step closer to staying open. With eight days until a shutdown, the House passed a bipartisan bill tonight. It keeps the government funded through December 11th. The Senate must act next before the bill can be sent to President Trump.       Wisconsin is declaring a new public health emergency as coronavirus cases skyrocket. And college students are mostly to blame. Governor Tony Evers is pleading with them to stay out of bars and cover up.
