On June 22, 2020, the Statewide Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Luo Luguang with one count of first-degree sexual assault and two counts of second-degree sexual assault.

 

The alleged acts occurred in the city of Pawtucket sometime on diverse dates between January 15, 2019 and December 10, 2019. The Pawtucket Police Department conducted the investigation.

 

The defendant is scheduled to be arraigned on July 15, 2020 in Providence County Superior Court.

Louis Seignious (age 31)

On June 22, 2020, the Statewide Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Louis Seignious with one count of first-degree murder, one count of carrying a weapon while committing a crime of violence, and one count of domestic breaking and entering.

 

The alleged acts occurred in the town of Westerly sometime on January 25, 2020. The Westerly Police Department conducted the investigation.

 

The defendant was arraigned on June 23, 2020 in Washington County Superior Court (sitting in Kent County).

The California Senator made an appearance Wednesday with Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden, and said Trump "isn't up to the job" and that the U.S. is "crying out for leadership." Many of the posts included fake prevention measures or baseless cures that could be dangerous.        Dozens of radio stations across the country will carry a broadcast today to commemorate Breonna Taylor. Taylor was the 26-year-old African-American emergency-room technician who was unarmed when she was shot and killed by police in her Louisville home last March. A Louisville radio station will begin the broadcast at 2pm Eastern..        President Trump says he's talking with college athletes about the fall season. Trump told reporters yesterday that he spoke with football players and coaches, and said they want to play football. Trump said, "Let 'em play," and claimed the players feel safer walking around the field than not. The Big Ten and Pac-12 have already said they will postpone fall sports.       A Tennessee woman has a new driver's license after getting one that showed an empty chair. Jade Dodd renewed her license online, but when the card arrived she immediately noticed it had a picture of a chair where her face should be. Dodd contacted the DMV, who said the mistake resulted from the wrong photo being saved to her profile. So they sent her a new license with her face on it.
